Bishop Carter announces New District Superintendents, Appointive Cabinet Changes

Bishop Kenneth H. Carter, Jr., resident bishop of the Western North Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church, has announced new district superintendent appointments and transitions effective July 1, 2025. These appointments reflect a commitment to strong, faithful leadership across the conference, as well as the Conference's commitment to diversity of experience and voice.
